Why Fruits are good for health?

Fruits are good source of fiber , vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant. Dietary fiber is very important for our digestive system. Antioxidant will us to prevent cancer.

Do all the fruits are good for health?

It depends on age, the time and amount a person consume and his health conditions. Apple, grapes, kiwi, berries, pineapple, orange, apricot, plum are in general can be eaten any time. Dont eat few fruits just before going to bed. Banana, mangoes, jack fruit, papaya, avocado, are good to have two hours before going to bed.

What are Fruits?

When discussing fruits as food, fruits usually refers to those that are sweet and fleshy (ex. bananas, mangos, pineapples). However, a great many common vegetables, as well as nuts and grains, are the fruit of that plant species. These include cucurbits, tomatoes, peas, beans, corn, eggplant, sweet pepper and spices, such as allspice and chillies.

Fruit Types and Classification:

  1. Tropical and Exotic (Bananas, Mango, Pineapple, Carambola…)
  2. Fruit-Vegetables (Cucumber, Tomato, Green and Hot Pepper, Avocado…)

Vedic Zodiacal Signs

This table shows the signs with their rulers, Sanskrit names and symbols.The signs are the same as used in Western astrology. The nature of the signs, what they do, and the demigods behind them, who control them, are different in Vedic astrology.

Vedic astrology differs from Western or Tropical astrology in that it uses the fixed zodiac as opposed to the moving zodiac. Most people’s “Sun Sign”, that get from the newspaper each day, is usually one sign back when the chart is refigured using Vedic astrology. So, the surprise using the Vedic system is that you are no longer the Sun Sign you always thought you were.
