Actually this works for me. It helps me control my IBS…. i am only doing the 4 breathing exercises. No spices, juices, postures etc… just the breathing… and really, since the first three days until now- I have been constipation free for 1 month. And going to the bathroom takes me 2 min max.

Swastikas were originally an Asian symbol of peace. Thats part of why Hitler chose them. It was kinda a dick move on his part. A lot of Chinese antiques have them all over them.
look up the meaning of the swastika, if you really think you know what the original meaning is. Symbols are ANCIENT. Older than shitty old Hitler associations.
